KiloAI is a fitness planning and workout tracking app. Depending on how you use the App, you may provide or create:

- Workout and training information, such as workout plans, workout days, selected exercises, exercise substitutions, favorite workouts, set and rep targets, completed sets, weights, workout duration, exercise history, training volume, cardio duration, cardio distance, incline, steps, and workout progress.
- Feedback and support information, such as feature requests, feedback text, support messages, app version, platform, and language if you submit feedback or contact us.
- Referral code information if you choose to enter a referral code.
Most workout profile and history data is stored locally on your device. Some information is sent to our backend when needed to provide cloud features, as described below.
Information collected automatically
When you use the App, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and technical information, such as device identifiers, Android ID or iOS identifier for vendor where available, resettable advertising identifiers where available and permitted, device model, operating system version, app version, language, timezone, network status, diagnostic data, crash logs, performance data, event timestamps, and IP address or server log data.
- App usage and analytics information, such as app opens, screen views, onboarding steps, training-plan generation events, Smart Swap events, workout starts and finishes, completed set counts, paywall views, purchase button taps, purchase outcomes, restore outcomes, and other in-app events.
- Attribution and marketing measurement information, such as install, referral, campaign, and conversion signals used to understand how users discover the App and to measure advertising performance.
- Purchase and subscription information, such as product identifiers, package type, price, currency, free trial eligibility, purchase status, entitlement status, restore status, and related transaction metadata handled through app store billing and RevenueCat.
Information processed by local device features
The App may use local notifications if you enable reminders. Notification scheduling uses device timezone and notification permission status. The App does not use camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, or external file access for its core Android functionality.
